Vegan Day Out - Glebe

On days like today, i realize how lucky i am to live in the big smoke. One of the reasons i originally  wanted to move into the heart of the city was the readily accessible vegan food options, and food culture. Back in my home-town, there is minimal vegan culture, and hardly any vegan food options on the menus at popular restaurants/cafe's around. Today we ventured over to Glebe, where some wonderful cruelty-free things are happening! If you haven't already heard of it, you should familiarize yourself with The Cruelty Free Shop a Vegan grocery store filled with all sorts of incredible products that we aren't be able to find in regular supermarkets. It's a wonderful thing, being surrounded by like-minded people and finding all sorts of new Vegan products under one roof.

This weekend was especially great, because The Cruelty Free Shop organized Vegan Day Out in Glebe. With 10-50% off in the shop, along with a map which gave you directions to all different cafe's and shops around Glebe that were offering discounts and tastings for Vegan food. It was lots of fun, we ate some tasty burgers at Badde Manors and bought some incredibly delicious Botanical Cuisine cheese & sauce to play with at home.

Thank you for a fun day out Cruelty Free Shop. We are also looking forward to Sydney's Cruelty Free Festival this year!!
